Job Summary

Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Allina Health is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization, with 90+ clinics and 10 hospitals/13 campuses throughout the region including western Wisconsin.

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Cambridge Medical Center in Cambridge, MN (located about one hour north of Minneapolis).

• Cambridge Medical Center has 5 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite.
• Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology.
• Typical schedule is 7:00am – 3:30pm with peel‑off process.
• 1 in 7 weekend call rotation.
• Unrestricted call with 45‑minute response time.
• Full‑time equivalent is negotiable if part‑time is desired.

• Provides anesthesia care, including pre‑anesthesia assessment, patient positioning, anesthetic technique initiation, airway and cardiopulmonary management, and emergence and recovery support.
• Supplies peri‑anesthetic and clinical support: insertion of peripheral and arterial catheters, arterial punctures for blood sampling, participation in CPR, and implementation of respiratory and ventilator care.
• Collaborates with department team: makes decisions for patient/unit outcomes, establishes priorities, acts as a resource to peers, assumes charge responsibilities, mentors students or orientia, initiates improvement processes, and performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Master’s degree from a nurse anesthetist program.
• Two or more years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (newer graduates may also be considered).
• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in Minnesota on hire.
• Licensed nurse anesthetist (RA) in Minnesota on hire.
• ACLS and BLS (Tier 2) certification within 180 days of hire.
• PALS certification upon hire.

Medium work:
Lift up to 32 lbs occasionally (per Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy) and up to 25 lbs frequently.

Hourly rate $125.00 to $135.00, with possible differentials for shifts, weekends, or other conditions.
