Nursing Opportunities ~ Registered Nurse, RN

- Must be able to work weekend if needed - 3-11 shift & 11-7 shift experience in long-term care

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Registered Nurses / Licensed Practical Nurses, LPN to join our nursing department.

New Wage Grid – Includes generous Shift Differentials $5.00 weekday evenings & nights

As a Nurse with Neville, some of your essential job responsibilities include:
  • Assessing the health care needs of the resident, making a nursing diagnosis, transitioning this into an interdisciplinary plan of care through collaboration with the nursing team, and communicating this plan to all care providers to ensure continuity of care for residents.
  • Establishing and maintaining functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff, and the community.
  • Assessing the effect of medications and treatments, monitoring these effects, and providing appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers to continuously adapt treatment to individual resident needs.
  • Using the Electronic Health Record – PCC preferred.
  • Leading and directing the nursing staff in safe, effective delivery of care, providing structure, and educating residents regarding their healthcare issues and care plan strategies.
  • Applying knowledge of infection control, fire and disaster policies, and other facility, state, and federal policies to ensure a safe environment for residents, the community, and staff.
  • Protecting resident rights and treating residents, staff, and the community with respect and dignity, while maintaining honesty, confidentiality, and respect for resident and facility property and information.
