, our dynamic interdisciplinary team of board-certified OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff work together to deliver compassionate and personalized obstetric and gynecological services to our richly diverse patient population. The Regional Nurse Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing teams across our multiple ambulatory OB/GYN practice locations in Cambridge, Somerville, and Revere
. This leader is responsible for fostering a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, equitable care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Current or conditional Massachusetts RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS Provider certification
  • 5 years' clinical experience in Ambulatory Department Required
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
