Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to deliver hospital-level care in patients’ homes across the North Region, providing comfort, dignity, and personalized attention while helping reduce hospital stays and improve outcomes.
You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and participate in innovative care models designed to improve access, quality, and patient experience. Shifts include weekends, with a minimum of 4 per month (8:00 AM - 8:30 PM).
