Registered Nurse – Postpartum in Cambridge, MA, United States. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/15/2026 in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,460 to $2,589 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is rotating 2x3. • Provide direct nurse-led postpartum care for mothers following vaginal or cesarean delivery and support healthy newborn care.
• Monitor and respond to vital signs, postpartum recovery, pain, bleeding, and potential complications (e.g., postpartum hemorrhage, magnesium sulfate administration as ordered).
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies (e.g., IV antibiotics, IV magnesium as ordered, Rhogam, Lovenox) and document care in the EMR.
• Support lactation and breastfeeding, provide patient and family education, and coordinate newborn care, discharge planning, and safety instructions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and timely escalation as needed; participate in unit-based rounds and care coordination.

• Active Massachusetts RN license with Nursys verification pulled within the last 7 days.
• Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required at submission; flu vaccine during season.
• 1+ year of acute care/postpartum nursing experience.
• Travel experience preferred; willing to consider first-time travelers; locals within 50 miles may qualify for a local rate.
• Up-to-date resume including 2 recent Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references; lactation certification preferred; driver’s license with address matching demographics.
• EMR experience and ability to work in a postpartum unit; RTO must be included at submission.

• Hospital system-wide orientation (3 days) plus 3 days on unit
• Scrubs provided
• Local rate option available for candidates within 50 miles (income adjusted accordingly)
