Located just north of the Twin Cities, Cambridge offers the opportunity to practice advanced oncology care while building meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families. • 0.8 FTE Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position. May work between two locations:
  Cambridge and Coon Rapids.

• Open to
  Nurse Practitioners (NP)and
  Physician Assistants (PA)

• Outpatient‑focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed

• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies

• Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services

• Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care

• Team of100+ oncology specialists, including medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists

Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.

• Master’s degree
  - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner
  - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.
• BLS
  - Multisource required within 180 Days
• Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire

• Medium Work*:
• Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (

Pay Range: $135,096 to $164,216 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full‑time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
