Nurse Practitioner – In-Home Health Evaluations

Role Overview:
We are seeking 1099 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. The role involves completing structured assessments using pre-populated forms, with no treatment plans, prescribing, or follow-up calls, making it a low-stress clinical work.

• Conduct in-home health assessments based on pre-scheduled appointments
• Complete and submit assessment forms efficiently
• Work within structured workflows and guidelines
• Serve multiple counties within assigned regions to maximize patient volume and earnings

• Active, unrestricted NP license in the state
• Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP
• Willingness to commit at least 60 hours per month
• New graduates are welcome—prior experience not required
• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment
• Tiered pay increases with higher commitment, earning up to $1,000 per day for 6–11 visits
• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits
• Flexibility to choose your schedule, days, and hours; no nights or weekends
• Travel assignments with covered airfare, hotel, and rental car (eligibility-based)
