About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Acute Rehab Unit at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to patient care and teamwork in a rehabilitation setting.

:
Full-Time, Day/Evening shift (11a-11:30p)
- Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients' clinical needs.
- Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
Education
:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
:
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
Licenses & Certifications
:
- Current RN License in Massachusetts required
