American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a float pool position requiring strong telemetry experience and a MA RN license.
Requirements- Active MA RN license required in hand
- 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
- Strong telemetry experience required due to multi-unit utilization
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
- Float pool position within the Nursing Float Pool at a hospital setting
- Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population, utilized across multiple units
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 48 hours per week
- Weekly orientations provided for float pool staff
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Float across multiple units as needed based on facility demand
- Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not accepted
- Returning employees or travelers must complete a 6-month break between any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility assignments
- No RTO will be approved during this assignment
