Med Care Manager

The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents safely, accurately, and with dignity in a senior living environment. This role involves following physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, and documenting all actions accurately in MAR/TAR in real time.

Key duties include observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, and maintaining compliance with infection control and safety standards. The role also requires completing narcotic counts and ensuring medication carts and rooms are clean and organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
