As a Fine Gardener, you will handle various gardening and landscaping tasks to maintain and enhance clients  outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include garden maintenance, planting, pruning, watering, and assisting with garden design and installation. You will also ensure proper irrigation and care for plants while working collaboratively with the team and clients. This full-time, on-site position is based in Cambridge, MA.

• Strong skills in Gardening, Landscape Maintenance, and Landscaping techniques
• Knowledge of Irrigation systems and proper watering techniques
• Basic understanding of Garden Design and plant selection
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients professionally
• Self-motivated with a passion for outdoor work and attention to detail
• Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is a plus
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• A valid driver s license and reliable transportation are beneficial
