To assist with all online real estate property auctions and/or conventional real estate property sales.
Maintain accurate and high-quality listings to maximize auction participation and revenue.
Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers.
Requirements- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Proficiency in basic computer and internet technologies and /or willing to learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-Motivated and work independently in a timely manner.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance and ensure a positive client experience.
- Comprehensive support to the real estate Broker to ensure smooth operation of all office and transaction details.
- Administrative support
- Manage calendars
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings and/or open houses
- Answer phone calls, greet clients, manage correspondence (emails and letters)
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Monitor bidding activity and address any technical issues that arise
- Maintain the Real Estate Iberti Trust Account
- Documentation
- Maintain and update online listings as needed
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and distribution of all real estate documents
- Maintain Files in proper order from start to finish according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Create and maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper client real estate property files
- Prepare property listings on various platforms (MLS, social media, Company Website, etc.)
- Assist and/or create marketing materials (brochures, Flyers, and email campaigns)
- Customer Service
- Act as a liaison between agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure timely communication and smooth transactions
- Respond to inquiries from potential sellers and/or bidders via email and/or phone
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to handle challenges calmly.
- Assist with cleaning, setting up, and lotting items in accordance with established guidelines.
- Assist with the capture of high-quality photographs and size measurements using online auction software.
- Assist with accurate and compelling descriptions for each item.
- Assist with final disposition of auction items, including pick up, shipping, and customer contacts.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
- Help with monthly mailings and marketing efforts to current and potential customers.
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Perform other job functions as needed.
The Real Estate Assistant will report directly to the Real Estate Broker and/or General Manager.
