- ✅ 1–2 years of laboratory experience (academic, co‑op, internship, or industrial experience acceptable).
- ✅ Experience with oligonucleotide
- ✅ Experience with analytical techniques such as pH, conductivity, HPLC, or LC‑MS is preferred
