• Work closely with senior members such as chemists and engineers to improve Macro Cycle’s recycling process.
• Perform lab-scale chemical recycling reactions to upcycle PET and polyester materials derived from partners and customers.
• Use and maintain analytical instruments (e.g., NMR, GPC, FTIR) to test samples and record results.
• Keep detailed notes of experiments and share insights at team meetings.
• Help maintain lab equipment and supplies while ensuring a safe, organized lab environment.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• You have 2 years of hands‑on wet/chemistry lab experience. Research labs in a university count, but external internships or post‑graduate work are preferred. Ideal for recent graduates and early‑career professionals.
• You’re familiar with at least two analytical techniques such as NMR, GPC, GCMS, FTIR, ICP, or DSC.
• You’re detail‑oriented, curious, and enjoy solving practical problems.
• You are a great communicator, both verbally and in presenting your work with comprehensible Excel graphs and PowerPoint slides.
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, and take pride in careful, high‑quality lab work.
