  • Develop and perform immunological functional assays to assess immune cell activation, anti-tumor cytotoxicity, proliferation, and cytokine secretion to evaluate CAR/TCR T-cell therapeutic efficacy.
  • Design experiments independently and contribute to project direction.
  • Maintain an electronic lab notebook and document experiment results.
  • Review and present research data to the functional team.
This role may be a fit if you:
  • Have a can-do attitude, are curious, and excel in creative problem solving.

  • Strong understanding of immunology and cancer biology.
  • Extensive experience isolating primary human immune cells and mammalian cell culture, including primary human T lymphocytes.
  • Experience with in‑vitro immunological studies and functional T-cell assays using multi‑color flow cytometry, ELISA, and cytotoxicity assays.
