Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Prepare semiconductor samples and conduct experiments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
- Maintain laboratory equipment and characterization tools
- Prepare manuscripts and present results at conferences
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students
- Record and document experimental procedures and results
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in Physics or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experimental research experience
- Hands‑on experience in crystal growth, characterization tools, and laboratory maintenance
- Proven publication record in academic writing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and precision in experimental work
- Ability to mentor students and work collaboratively in a research team
