Prime Medicine is seeking a Scientist I with expertise in oligonucleotide chemistry to join our Guide Chemistry team. The successful candidate will conduct long guide RNA synthesis, purification, and analysis to support in vivo studies and preclinical development.
You will work with Mer Made 12 and Dr. Oligo synthesizers, apply phosphoramidite chemistry, and collaborate with Analytical Development, Biology, and TDO to advance programs toward the clinic.
