** Why This Role Matters*
* In this role, you will support critical research activities through the execution and optimization of cell-based and molecular biology experiments. Your expertise will help generate high-quality scientific data that contributes to the advancement of innovative therapeutic research programs.
** What You'll Do*
* + Execute cell-based and molecular biology experiments with minimal supervision
+ Design, optimize, and implement experimental protocols to meet research objectives
+ Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in compliance with documentation standards
+ Troubleshoot experimental challenges and adapt methodologies as needed
+ Analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental data and findings
+ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support research initiatives
+ Perform in vitro cellular and drug response assays
** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume
+ Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field with relevant laboratory experience; OR a Master's degree or PhD in a related discipline
+ 2-5 years of bench scientist or biologist laboratory experience preferred
+ Proficiency with cell biology methods and molecular biology techniques
+ Experience conducting in vitro cellular assays and drug response assays
+ Strong laboratory documentation and record-keeping skills
+ Demonstrated ability to independently design and execute experiments
+ Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in a laboratory setting
+ Experience in cancer biology and/or drug discovery is preferred
+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
