Novartis is seeking a Research Scientist I/II to join the Discovery Sciences team as an organic medicinal chemist at our Biomedical Research headquarters in Cambridge, MA.
In this lab-based role you will design and execute multi-step syntheses, optimize routes, and use modern purification and analytical techniques to advance molecular biology hypotheses. You will analyze data, interpret results, and contribute to the DMTA cycle with team collaboration.
