Deep Genomics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Principal Research Associate to drive our AI RNA therapeutics discovery platform. You will design, optimize and execute robust cell-based assays to support compound screening and lead optimization, and culture a variety of mammalian cell lines, including primary hepatocytes.
You will perform molecular readouts (PCR, qPCR, ELISA, Westerns) and collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
