Senior Research Associate - Onsite, Cambridge, MA

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to support transcriptomics studies across a range of sequencing platforms, including bulk RNA sequencing, small RNA sequencing, long-read sequencing, single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and related technologies.

• Perform RNA sample preparation activities, including RNA isolation, library preparation, quality control, and sequencing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot next-generation sequencing equipment.
• Manage sample tracking, storage, and logistics throughout the data generation process.
• Prepare detailed protocols, technical documentation, and data reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of new and existing workflows.
• Support multiple projects and adapt to changing platform, workflow, and study requirements.
• Train and assist team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, equipment performance, and study results.
• Follow applicable laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented scientist with experience in RNA sequencing workflows, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.
