Support development and scale-up of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for nucleic acid delivery, focusing on process optimization and enhancing LNP design.
Responsibilities- conduct formulation process development, optimize mixing parameters, encapsulation efficiency, and reproducibility;
- design experiments to improve LNP performance;
- collaborate on characterization, evaluation, and technology transfer;
- analyze data and document findings;
- stay current with advancements in LNP technologies.
- PhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field with 3+ years (PhD) or 8+ years (M.S.) of relevant industry experience;
- strong background in nanoparticle or LNP process development, scale-up, or manufacturing;
- experience with nucleic acid formulations (e.g., mRNA, DNA), and characterization techniques such as DLS and encapsulation assays;
- problem-solving and collaboration skills.
experience in formulation screening, next-generation LNP systems, and early-stage R&D.
High Valuefocus on gene delivery, LNP formulation, process scale-up, nucleic acid delivery platforms.
