Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Computational Pathology and Spatial AI, focusing on developing advanced multimodal AI methods to analyze tumor microenvironment architecture by integrating histopathology, transcriptomics, and spatial biology data.
Responsibilities- Advance interpretable AI/ML approaches connecting pathology images with molecular data.
- Study tissue organization.
- Support biomarker discovery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in data science, pathology, and biology.
- Communicate findings through publications and presentations.
- PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Expertise in deep learning, computer vision, multimodal modeling, and biomedical data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch.
- Demonstrated research productivity.
- Experience in computational pathology, spatial transcriptomics, single-cell omics, foundation models, tumor microenvironment biology, oncology biomarkers.
- Publication record in venues such as MICCAI, CVPR, NeurIPS, or AACR.
