Role:
Director, Translational Medicine Clinical Lead within Immunology Translational Science & Medicine at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on accelerating early-stage immunology programs from portfolio entry to Proof-of-Concept.

• lead clinical trial design and execution (phase 1 to PoC), develop translational strategies integrating disease and pathway insights, manage cross-functional trial teams, and collaborate on biomarker and patient segmentation approaches.
• Engage with external investigators and academic sites, support business development activities, and present findings to stakeholders.

• MD or MD/PhD, at least 3 years of industry or translational research experience, with demonstrated leadership in clinical or research teams.
• Strong immunology background and experience with innovative immune therapies (e.g., biologics, immune cell-based therapies) preferred.
• Experience with early clinical trials, biomarker strategies, and immune modalities such as cell therapies is advantageous.
