Harbor View Hotel Management LLC is seeking Line Cooks for the 2026 Summer Season who will be responsible for: setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation and for checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations; preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Will report directly to Executive Chef.
Summer Dates/H2B Petition DatesApril 1st, 2026 - December 31st, 2026
Employee HousingHousing is provided if needed to be located on the bus route. Housing is shared and has a weekly fee of $189.00.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation
- Checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
- Other relevant tasks assigned by Management
- Six (6) months of successful culinary experience in fine dining or high-volume environment at high-end resort, restaurant or club.
- Twelve (12) months preferred for candidates to be immediately successful. Must be able to provide a Letter of Experience from previous employers confirming length of experience.
- Valid US Work Authorization
- H2B In Country Extensions Available.
