• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Decorate cakes and other baked items with creativity and precision.
• Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Package finished products for display or delivery, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking special orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Assist with food preparation for catering events as needed.

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a baker is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
• Proficiency in cake decorating techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required.
