Primary Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions
  • Adhere to laws and company policy pertaining to the service of alcohol.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and help with their food and beverage selection.
  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Execute orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the bar area, set up, and stock for the start of each shift.
  • Gain proficiency in all specialty cocktails and maintain enthusiasm for our offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • At least 2 years bartending experience required.
  • High‑volume corporate experience is a plus.
  • Keen awareness of the guest environment and needs.
  • Expert knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Strong craft beer and cocktail knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with guests, teammates, and management.
  • Availability for a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Judgment and adaptive attitude.
  • Must possess all required food/alcohol certifications as designated by location.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand for full shift.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests.
  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle objects and tool controls بواسطة.

  • Must frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry.
  • Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

  • Extended periods of standing and walking to various parts of the restaurant at different levels.
  • Fast‑paced hands‑on position.
  • Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is low.
