This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Chef located in Cambridge, MA. The Catering Chef will oversee food preparation, ensure high-quality culinary standards, and create exceptional dishes for catered events. Responsibilities include planning menus, managing kitchen staff, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The Catering Chef will collaborate with clients to meet their event needs and deliver a memorable dining experience.

• Expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service
• Strong Culinary Skills and experience in Culinary Management
• Ability to plan and execute menus that meet diverse dietary requirements
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Formal culinary training or related educational background is preferred
• Prior experience in catering or high-volume food service is a plus
