Bianca is looking for a hospitality‑driven Lead Dishwasher to join our passionate team in Chestnut Hill. Our restaurant is a vibrant blend of wood‑fired cooking, craft cocktails, and warm, modern hospitality — and we’re searching for someone who brings that same energy behind the bar. At Bianca, we do more than serve food and drinks — we create moments. Whether it’s a weeknight pizza and cocktail or a celebratory dinner, every guest experience is shaped by our team’s attention to detail, warmth, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily dish operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout service
  • Maintain strict sanitation, health code, and safety standards across all kitchen areas
  • Support training and oversight of dish team members to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and care of all kitchen equipment, wares, and smallwares
  • Maintain clean dish stations, floors, waste areas, and back‑of‑house facilities
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and managers to support smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with receiving, organization, and general kitchen upkeep as needed

    Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred; leadership experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.), and work in a hot, humid environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist as needed
