About PAGU
PAGU is a Michelin awarded Spanish‑Japanese tapas restaurant owned by James Beard Semifinalist Chef Tracy Chang. Located in Cambridge’s innovation hub between Central Square and MIT, it serves dinner seven days a week, including takeout and patio dining. The menu highlights local ingredients and celebrates the harmony of Japanese and Spanish culinary techniques inspired by Chang’s experiences at O Ya, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Restaurante Martin Berasategui, Guchi’s Midnight Ramen, and Harvard’s Science & Cooking course.
ServerResponsibilities
Responsible for the daily execution of service to our guests.
Prior service experience preferred.
