Assistant General Manager

Overview

Nouria Energy Corporation is a family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator, and car wash operator in New England, serving 300+ locations and operating 150+ company-run stores.

Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring a great customer experience.

• Assist in daily store operations
• Mentor team members for fast and friendly service
• Handle stocking, re-stock, and inventory management
• Check vendor deliveries and maintain accurate records
• Complete shift reports, gas reconciliation, and cigarette counts
• Assist in staff training and onboarding
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Minimum one year of retail experience
• General computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to stand, kneel, lift and bend up to 30 pounds, and traverse all areas of the store. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, standing at a cash register, and working on a computer may be required.

Flexible shift work during operating hours, including weekends.
