About the Position

The Keyholder assists with daily operations of a Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales, client experience, and safeguarding assets.

• Drive sales goals through exceptional client experience and support the sales team.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure a quality client experience.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures.
• Handle opening and closing duties of the retail store.
• Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision‑making and multi‑tasking while prioritizing service.
• Resolve client‑related issues promptly or escalate to store management when necessary.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain visual and operational standards set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Safeguard store assets.

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to remain on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

• Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position based in‑store.
• May require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies, the Employee Handbook, and the Code of Conduct is required.
• Position is reviewed annually.
• Pay Range: $17.00 / hour – $20.00 / hour— bonuses, commissions, and benefits such as healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts may be offered.
