As Store Manager, a lot of responsibility will rest on your shoulders. You’ll lead the charge in every aspect of your store’s day‑to‑day operations and plans for future success, and you’ll be the one person ultimately accountable for setting the standard for best in the world customer experiences, top‑notch employee performance, and budget‑beating sales.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance – 50%:
    Drive sales by leading from the floor, providing incredible hospitality, and being one of the top two performing salespeople. Support financial goals through participating in the annual budgeting process, financial reviews, and team coaching.
  • Staff Performance – 25%:
    Lead training across all key areas and validate through observation, role‑play, and tools like TrekU. Host bi‑weekly leadership meetings with your leadership team and directly responsible individuals (DRIs) to review performance and plan ahead.
  • Store Merchandising & Operations – 15%:
    Maintain an organized, shopper‑friendly store with strong merchandising and displays. Oversee store operations including inventory management, supply management, and Quick Books exports.
  • Human Resources – 10%:
    Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development. Support all HR processes including discipline and team engagement.
Qualifications
  • Retail Know‑How: solid handle on retail fundamentals—KPIs, profit&loss statements, budgets—the numbers that keep a store thriving.
  • Leadership

    Experience:

    led a team for at least a year and can coach, inspire, and bring out the best in people.
  • Retail Roots: spent at least2years in the retail world.
  • Operational Chops: inventory, merchandising, payroll, scheduling, customer service—all done with juggling skill.
  • Love for Bikes: believe bikes make the world better—daily commuter, weekend warrior, or just love helping others discover cycling.
  • Problem‑Solving

    Skills:

    quick on feet and great at figuring things out—even when the path isn’t totally clear.
  • Communication Game: keep it clear, real, respectful—over email, team huddle, or customer interactions.
  • Comfort with Change: retail moves fast and you’re cool with that—flexible, resourceful, ready to roll whatever comes your way.
