Brand Ambassador: Guest Experience & Loyalty Advocate

Role Overview

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love the products, are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, and represent our company values by bringing your real self to work each day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they need, always adopting a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and enthusiastically suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Adapt quickly to different zones, including Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Leverage proactive problem‑solving skills to resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done efficiently.
• Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.
