Merchandiser – Retail

Routinely stock, merchandise, and display beverages and consumer goods in retail accounts across the greater Boston area. Duties include setting up in‑store displays, delivering products, and maintaining product visibility.

• Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products in retail stores.
• Stock beverages and other retail merchandise, ensuring neat and organized displays.
• Set up greeting card and branded display units (e.g., cooler/freezer) on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and refresh displays, including rotating seasonal or promotional items.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet store needs.
• Provide on‑site support for store staff during display setup (estimated 2‑6 hours per location).

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, stocking, or a related role preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand standards.
• Good communication skills and a self‑motivated work ethic.

Hourly wage range: $16 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and duties. Full‑time positions available with flexible scheduling. Mileage reimbursement will be provided upon scheduling.
