** About the role
** Harvard Recreation, managed by Health Fitness, is seeking a friendly, reliable
** Front Desk Attendant
** to provide exceptional customer service and support daily facility operations. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll help create a welcoming and positive experience while assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and monitoring facility access.
** Part-Time:
** 4–10 hours per week
** Available

Shifts:

*** Mornings: 5:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
* Evenings: 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
* Weekends: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
** Minimum Requirements
*** High School Diploma or GED required.
* Previous customer service experience a plus.
* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

The compensation for this role is $15/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
