Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks;
Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals;
Communicate the store's operational goals to maximize staff contributions toward meeting the sales plan;
Set up sales and promotions with proper signing in a timely manner;
Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and floor sets;
Train and enforce security policies and procedures;
Ensure associate safety by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them to management;
Process register functions and ensure proper procedures are followed;
Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom;
Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure implementation
