What Youll Be Doing As a Sales Intern, youll play a key role in our business development efforts, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Hunting for Opportunities:
Conduct market research to be our market intelligence expert, identifying high-potential companies and key decision-makers.
Executing Client Outreach:
Actively connect with potential clients via email, Linked In, and calls, learning how to start conversations with business leaders and help book introductory meetings.
Using Data to Win:
Analyze sales campaign data to provide insights, measure whats working, and help us make smarter strategic decisions.
Building Sales Tools:
Create and design compelling presentations and sales collateral that our team will use to win new clients.
Staying Current:
Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our outreach is always relevant and effective.
