Position: Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role

Hub Spot welcomes individuals to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). BDRs can be flexible with their work location, with the choice to be based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, or remotely in the US.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and Linked In.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, and book quality discovery meetings.
  • Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
  • Continuously learn and coach yourself on sales skills.

Pay & Benefits

Annual Cash Compensation Range: $53,800—$90,000 USD.

In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in Hub Spot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.
