Account Executive - Enterprise Sales Remote - USA Our Mission:

Our Enterprise Sales team drives growth by connecting large organizations (500–5,000 employees) with Hub Spot’s solutions. We balance transactional and complex deals, collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
In this role, you’ll get to:- Position the value of Hub Spot’s software, focusing on companies primarily between 500-5000 employees
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Hub Spot can grow their business
- Manage a pipeline of self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Hub Spot can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
- Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
- A minimum of 5 years managing full sales cycles (prospecting to close)
- A minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven and consistent track record as a top producer in sales roles
- Experience delivering product demos to diverse audiences
- Experience in value-based selling (e.g., Challenger Sale)
- Commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under Hub Spot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in Hub Spot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range: $264,000 — $264,000 USD
