Account Executive

Account Executive at iHeart

Media responsible for driving revenue and building relationships through the iHeart media platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • Learn Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, and identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in‑person client meetings and consistent daily cold‑calling to generate leads.
  • Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
What You’ll Need
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive.
  • Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills; persuasive communication.
  • Ability to plan, multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold‑calling and outreach.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Digital/Media sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics is a nice‑to‑have.

Compensation

Salary of $28,000–$35,000 plus commissions. Salary determined by experience and market data.
