Account Executive
Account Executive at iHeart
Media responsible for driving revenue and building relationships through the iHeart media platforms.
- Learn Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, and identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct in‑person client meetings and consistent daily cold‑calling to generate leads.
- Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive.
- Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills; persuasive communication.
- Ability to plan, multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and outreach.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Digital/Media sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics is a nice‑to‑have.
- Respect for others and strong belief in mutual respect.
- Basic understanding of business principles and sales environment.
- Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts.
- Individual accountability and ability to seek guidance when needed.
- Project management skills to completion.
- Problem‑resolution skills using guidelines and professional judgment.
- Communication skills to explain iHeart products and active listening.
- Understanding of impact of decisions.
- Goal orientation and ability to focus and prioritize.
