Who You Are
As Nutrabolt’s Region Manager, your primary responsibility is managing and driving distributor performance for Polar. You will provide oversight and sales strategy of your region through managing a team of Field Execution Managers (FEM). You will report to the Director of Sales and Distribution over your assigned territory and be responsible for carrying out the tactical strategies laid out by that business leader.
This position requires 30% travel and is based in Worcester, MA.
- Serve as the main point of contact for distributors in your assigned region.
- Manage distributor performance by building and leading monthly planning and review sessions with distributor decision makers.
- Design and sell in sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and billings for all distributors in the assigned region based on the budgeted allocation you receive.
- Work with FEMs to enhance distributor partner performance and adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each distributor.
- Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase the region’s sales volume.
- Collaborate with field marketing counterparts to identify and capitalize on key events that build brand awareness in your territory.
- Work closely with the National Accounts team on selling in and programming.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience (minimum 2–4 years).
- Great presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to maintain client relationships.
- Experience managing a team and proven track record as a leader.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills.
- Strong negotiation, creative problem‑solving, sales planning, interpersonal, self‑motivated, and data‑driven abilities.
- Pre‑existing good working relationship with DPs of choice (a strong plus).
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
