Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- 2 years of experience managing video/media relationships with customers or agencies.
- 2 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Work experience in Video Marketing, Linear TV, Social Media, and You Tube.
In this role, you will join a team with a sustained track record of success and help us drive continued growth in video by building partnerships with our clients. You will be a talented, motivated, and consultative seller with a focus on growing our video partnerships with our biggest financial services brands. You will understand this landscape, can make Google’s video solutions stand out from the pack, and quickly shift video share to our platforms.
You will be a master at stakeholder management, prioritization, and organization.
Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, You Tube, Measurement, and more.
As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
- Meet and surpass the team's You Tube revenue targets quarter on quarter and full year, and to meet/exceed You Tube product adoption targets.
- Understand the client’s business objectives, and use your in-depth You Tube and Google product knowledge to meet and exceed their Business and Marketing objectives through consultative positioning and selling.
- Keep a sharp Point Of View (POV) on the streaming, social, and linear TV engagement set, to garner our fair share of the addressable market.
- Work on a deep campaign strategy to effectively optimize and troubleshoot You Tube campaigns.
- Foster a strong partnership with your Account Executive and cross functional team members (e.g., investigative leads specialists, gtech ads) to have shared clarity on customer objectives and solutions and build on the culture of the Financial Services teams, sector, and Google overall.
US: $88,000 - $125,000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits.
