Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager

The RoleWe're looking for a BDR who has done this before, understands the reality of great BDR work — and is ready to hit the ground running. You've made cold calls, written prospecting emails, and you know how to handle a "no" without losing momentum.
This isn't a training program. It's a real role with real expectations. But if you're someone who thrives on the hunt, gets better through feedback, and wants to be part of something that's still being built, there's a lot of upside here.
What You'll Do- Prospect into multifamily property management companies via cold calls, email, and Linked In
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Research accounts to make outreach sharper and more relevant
- Identify prospect pain points and assess potential fit
- Keep Hub Spot clean and activity data accurate
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve execution
- Hit weekly activity and meeting targets — and build toward bigger ones
- Outbound experience — You've done SDR or BDR work before.
- Grit — You do hard things consistently, even when it's not going your way
- Coachability — You take feedback, apply it fast, and want to improve
- Self-awareness — You know your strengths, own your gaps, and don't make excuses
- Work ethic — You show up, stay disciplined, and bring energy to the reps every day

Qualifications- 1-2+ years of BDR, SDR — enough to hit the ground running
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar sales tools is a plus
- Background in SaaS, proptech, real estate, or property management is a plus, not a requirement
- Ground-floor seat at an early-stage company founded by proven operators
- Direct access to leadership and real investment in your development
- Clear path upward as the sales team scales — we promote from within
