Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with television or social planners/buyers, brand developers, and agencies. Project management experience, leading complex strategic and operational initiatives. Expert knowledge and experience in video solutions, including knowledge of the competitive landscape. A passion for You Tube as a platform. Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales teams. Distinctive problem-solving and investigative skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and clear communication.

As a Video Lead on our Retail Specialist Team, you will lead video strategy and activation to deliver growth across the Retail sector. You will drive accountability to the business by persistently uncovering business opportunities, developing industry go-to-market plays, and partnering with teams to grow our You Tube business across awareness, performance, and shopping solutions. You will need to anticipate how decisions are made, where our video products fit into a customer's business needs, and collaborate with our sales teams to drive growth.

Your knowledge of traditional and online media, combined with your team player mentality and sales drive, will shape how our existing video business grows. You will provide Google-caliber client service, shaping the Retail video strategy focused on our customer's business objectives within Large Customer Sales.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $124000 - $180000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits.
