Job Title: Senior Global Project Head, Neurology Development
Location: Cambridge, MA and Morristown, NJ

Senior Global Project Head (Sr GPH), Neurology Development leads early development activities in neurology, shaping strategy and managing execution. The role collaborates closely with R&D Heads and drives projects from IND‑enabling studies to first‑in‑human and proof‑of‑concept trials. The Sr GPH may transition to later‑stage development and is a key contributor to project selection and execution.

Main Responsibilities Scientific and Technical Expertise
  • Deep expertise in neurology, especially neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of pre‑clinical and clinical pharmacology relevant to the program.
  • Critically evaluates medical literature and competitive product status.
  • Oversees development planning, execution, and budgeting.
  • Owns overall program strategy and leads the international cross‑functional team.
  • Aligns project goals with resource allocation and business objectives.
  • Generates and implements clinical study support and operational plans.
  • Reports on annual budget deliverables.
Management and Career Development
  • Ensures team members are qualified, trained, and compliant with responsibilities.
  • Selects appropriate team members and sets objectives.
  • Guides direct reports in developing performance and development goals.
Regulatory Responsibilities
  • Ensures clinical data meets regulatory standards.
  • Supports registration, label submission, and modification processes.
  • Manages Advisory Committee preparation and participation.
  • Disseminates clinical data in a timely manner.
  • Maintains collaborations with scientific and regulatory experts.
About You

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MD preferred or PhD in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of business‑related experience.
  • 6+ years in drug development within a therapeutic area.
  • Deep expertise in Early Development (Translational Medicine).
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Travel up to 25% required.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
