Job Description # Senior Scientist, Target Discovery & Validation
* PhD in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
* 2+ years of relevant post‐graduate experience in academia or industry.
* Strong background in RNA biology and regulation; experience in target search and evaluation is a plus.
* Hands‐on experience with cell‐based assays such as RT‐qPCR, ELISA, MSD, or western blotting.
* Excellent documentation habits and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Graph Pad Prism.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a dynamic environment.
* Experience in RNA regulation.
* Willingness to perform hands‐on laboratory work.
* Familiarity with in vitro assays for target discovery and validation.
* Proactive, communicative, and highly collaborative working style.
