Clinical Research Director (CRD)
Location:
Cambridge, MA / Morristown, NJ
Sanofi, a research‑driven biopharma company, seeks a Clinical Research Director to lead clinical trials for Lunsekimig, a novel bi‑specific nanobody targeting TSLP and IL‑13 in respiratory disease areas.
Responsibilities- Provide medical expertise to study teams across early‑phase to LCM programs.
- Develop and review regulatory documentation (protocols, amendments, informed consent, study plans).
- Lead clinical development strategy, including IDP sections and product value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (clinical operations, safety, regulatory, finance, etc.) to ensure timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Oversee study conduct, data validation, monitoring, and safety signal detection.
- Lead and support clinical study committees (IDMC, steering, adjudication).
- Prepare and review clinical sections of regulatory submissions (BLA/CTD, IND, NDA, RMP, etc.).
- Contribute to scientific data evaluation, manuscripts, abstracts, and knowledge board activities.
- Ad hoc support such as evaluation of in‑licensing candidates.
- MD/DO or equivalent patient‑care medical degree (required).
- At least 3years of clinical development experience in pharma, CRO, or clinical institution; background in respiratory, allergy, or immunology preferred.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, negotiation, teaching, and matrix‑management skills.
- International and intercultural working skills; open to digital solutions.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Salary range: $–$ (commensurate with experience).
