  • Collaborate with the team to conduct in‑vivo efficacy and PK/PD studies and support new pharmacology model development.
  • Execute end‑to‑end flow cytometry workflows: panel design and establishment, multiparametric profiling of blood, tumor, and lymphoid tissues, downstream data analysis, and communication of results to cross‑functional teams.
  • Isolate PBMC and primary T cells from leukopaks and perform functional characterization using cell‑based assays.
  • Maintain accurate scientific documentation in an electronic lab notebook.

  • Competency in murine dosing IV, IP, SC & PO; intra‑tumor and IM preferred. Rodent surgical experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in cell culture, passaging, harvesting, and preparation of adherent and suspension mammalian cells for subcutaneous and intravenous implantation.
  • Experience independently processing blood samples, harvesting and disaggregating tumors, spleen, and lymph nodes for FACS analysis.
  • Experience setting up basic FACS multichannel panels (5–6 color) and routine profiling of tumors, blood, and lymphoid organs by flow cytometry, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Familiar with cytokine profiling studies using MSD & Luminex methods.
  • Proficiency with Graph Pad Prism, electronic notebooks, Microsoft Office, and data analysis/figure generation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a detail‑oriented approach to experiment execution and record‑keeping.
