Main Responsibilities:

• This role leads US HEOR strategy and execution for Oncology and Rare Therapeutic Areas (TAs) across indications, leading a team in ensuring the generation, translation, and dissemination of high-quality, decision-relevant evidence to impact access in the United States.
• Strategic Business Impact
• Drive measurable business impact through strategic US HEVA initiatives that directly support US commercial objectives and US market access goals compliantly and efficiently
• Develop and execute comprehensive US HEVA strategies that maximize product value propositions and competitive positioning, ensuring alignment with Global HEVA strategy
• Partner with commercial teams to translate HEVA insights into actionable business strategies
• Drive development of business-relevant US research agendas and strategies through cross-functional input and alignment
• Leadership and Team Management
• Provide exceptional leadership to the US Oncology and Rare HEVA team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and impact-driven performance
